Ok, so for some reason I cannot get more then 61 FPS, with no Vsync.
But I can get more then 60 FPS on more graphicly intense games.
SPECS:
4GB DDR3 RAM
Intel® Core™ i5-2450M CPU @ 2.50GHz × 4
Intel® Sandybridge Mobile(Graphics)
64 bit
Ubuntu 16.10
You have DRI3? I think that forces vsync on all non-fullscreen windows, also check if you dont have vsync enabled in the intel hd graphics settings(forgot how to check that)
