ok I fixed it was the mod called monsterswam editing a file on minecraft----->config----->MonsterSwarm.cfg you must open it with notepad++ and edit the line:
# If set to True, all swarming mobs will burn in daylight. (useful to get rid of creepers after a night)

to:

Hi, there are mobs who are burning in the day when they are spawning on the day so they musnt burn in the day its a bug of another mod ?
