So this morning i got on minecraft. Then i got off and about an hour later tried to get back on and now when i try to login to my account i get this error "Sorry but we couldnt connect to our servers.
Please make sure that you are online and that Minecraft is not blocked. (SocketTimeoutException: connection timed out).
Ive looked up the solution to this problem and
1. I have deleted the whole .minecraft folder and reinstalled it.
2. i have deleted the minecraft install launcher then reinstalled it and tried it (i have even tried it with the new launcher).
3. I have uninstalled and reinstalled java.
I dont know of any other problems that could have caused this and if you have a solution as in checking the firewall or something i am not computer technical so if you could add a how to get there that would be helpful.
I searched up what mcleaks is and i have no been anywhere near that but my friend gave me access to her Altdispencer if that is similar or has something to do with it

Altdispenser is the same.
The usage of MCLeaks or AltDispenser tools (which are illegal) have been causing issues for many Minecraft users.
To correct these, remove the tool, and remove all entries containing mojang in your system's hosts file.
To edit your Host file, please do the following: Go to the Start Menu and locate notepad. Right click notepad and select Run as Administrator
Press File, then Open. Enter %SystemRoot%\System32\drivers\etc\hosts as the "File name" and press "Open"
