When I use Smart moving mod it glitches out and it doesn't show my character correctly and spams the launcher with "couldn't render entity" and it's stupid and annoying. I even tried to look for the files from the mods and I couldn't find anything. Does anyone know how to fix this? Because I don't.

Make sure the mod version is compatible with your minecraft version.
Make sure java is updated.
Make sure your graphics cards are updated.
