For some reason, on the default, unmodified, no texture pack minecraft. All of a sudden started having these white lines appear around every block after a good dozen or 2 block distance. I've tried multiple worlds, including creating new worlds and it still does this every time. I tried default graphics settings, and high settings (to see if increased render distance helped) and nothing.
I deleted the minecraft folder so it would force minecraft to redownload fresh and the problem is STILL there.
EDIT: Figured it out. For some reason, it was the minimap levels. If I had minimap levels on at all, 1-4 it did it, but turning minimap levels off fixed it. No idea why.

I've had this problem with modded minecraft as well, no idea what could cause this.

Have you updated you graphics card drivers recently?
Last time it needed an update was a week or 2 ago I believe.

By minimap levels, you mean mipmap levels?

Looks like in some AMD gpus having minimaps on makes that appear, along with some weird stuff next to chunk borders
