Ok i had a similar problem on my world last month. all i did to fix it was increase my render distance. yes. i know its weird how you have to increase render distance to fix a problem right in front of you. just try it. increase it by about 2-4, walk away to unload the chunks then walk back there. NO MINECARTS, BOATS, OR RIDING ANIMALS. WALK!
