When I create a new World this one is created with a lot of water and there´s almost any land, like if it were the sea with a lot of tiny islands. I tried playing in an older version (1.6.4) but the same happens. I also tried using mods that changes world generation like Biomes o´ Plenty or Better Wold Generation but it seems it has no effect.
No, it only happens with the mods. If I quit the mods, even with forge installed, the world is generated normally. I also use 1.10.2 but the same happens in this version
It sounds like a specific mod is doing this. I hate to say it, but loading in mods 1 by 1 is probably the only way to find it. Start with obvious mods like BoP and other terrain editing mods, and see which one it is.
Then look in that mod's config folder. See what options you have for modifying.

So is this happening without mods as well?
Also, how many worlds have you created?
1.6.4 had an issue with that occasionally. It made more continents and less contiguous land which was annoying if you were in a watery area.
BoP has a config feature for a % of the map that is ocean. You'll want water/ocean in the world, just FYI.
