This has been a problem I've been having with recently. I'm a texture artist and this issue makes testing my textures extremely difficult. This issue is present in 1.9, 1.10, and 1.11. I was wondering if there'd be some sort of fix? Is it my graphics card? (I do own a potato for a laptop)
The issue is that Minecraft starts up, running at a reasonable 30-20 FPS, then it'd suddenly drops down to a 1, and stays there.

Curse PremiumThis has been a problem I've been having with recently.
If using Windows OS, please post a DxDiag!
