What version of Minecraft is causing the issue? The PC/Java version or Minecraft Windows 10 Edition Beta (two different versions of the game)?
I quickly glanced through the file you posted and saw that there was a reference to Java.exe, so if you are having an issue with the PC/Java version then this is in the wrong forum. Please let us know and we will get someone to move it to the correct forum for you where you will have a better chance at getting an answer that will get it working for you.
but....Unfortunately your graphics hardware is not supported on Windows 10, you will need to downgrade to Windows 7, upgrade your graphics hardware (Not possible on a laptop), or use another computer to play Minecraft.
