Okay so, gtx 750 ti as my gpu, and im using Chocapic13 lite version of shaders. Very mild, and fps wont go anywhere above 30, when I enter and exit full screen a few times, it locks at 60, but when something little happens to the fps, it locks back in at thirty. Turning the render distance doesn't make a difference whatsoever. It has been locking at 30 even without shaders as well. But normally it is fine at 60 fps.
