Hello. I want to install Forge [1.10.2-12.18.2.2099], but these libraries won't download. How do I fix it? Thanks

Thanks to everyone who answered - which means no one. I fixed the error. For anyone who wants help, this is how I fixed it:

1. Search for "com.typesafe:config:1.2.1" on Google

2. Chose a trutstworthy website

3. Download com.typesafe:config:1.2.1 from there*

4. Go to .minecraft\libraries\com\typesafe\config\1.2.1 and move the downloaded file there

5. Run the Forge installer, now com.typesafe:config:1.2.1 should not be on the list anymore

6. Search for "org.scala-lang:scala-compiler:2.11.1" on Google

7. Chose a trutstworthy website

8. Download org.scala-lang:scala-compiler:2.11.1 from there**

9. Go to .minecraft\libraries\org\scala-lang\scala-compiler\2.11.1 and move the downloaded file there

10. Run the Forge installer, now org.scala-lang:scala-compiler:2.11.1 should not be on the list anymore

For me, the 2 remaining libraries got fixed after step 10 somehow, so I just had to download the first two.
