This lockout is automatic, lasts for 3 hours, and cannot be overridden. Wait 3 hours, don't log in at all. Then reset your password using https://account.mojang.com/password -- then try again.
i can't open my account in minecraft when i login it say to me it wrong but my friend can open it why i can't ??
it sounds to me like you are using the wrong username or password, check with your friend what username and password combo they are using to log in

they are right and i tried to change my ip by hotspot shield but it give me lagg and not good and i closed it i can't open minecraft
