Just copy it to a flash drive and then remove the flash drive from the computer that has Minecraft on it, then insert it into a USB port on your 2nd computer.

I have tried this and it didn't work for me as it wanted to reinstall the versions of Minecraft I had.
Go to %appdata% and find your .minecraft folder then copy that to the usb and move it to the other computer. Then paste the folder in your other computers %appdata% folder.
