I've been playing around with tinkers construct, andd I was wondering if I could enchant Tinkers Tools with some enchanted books or an enchanting table. Also, whenever I put mending moss on a tool, it doesn't seem to work; the tool doesn't regen. Any help will be gladly appreciated.

Curse PremiumMoss works differently in 1.10+ versions than previous. Also, TC has its own enchants, not from the Enchant Table. Check the manual.
