Same here, My brother got an Xbox One Minecraft Edition, and the bundle came with a few codes, one being the "Windows 10 Edition Beta". I followed the instruction to redeem the code, and after redeeming it, the website crashed. I went back to redeem the code again, thinking it had not worked the first time. As i redeemed it, it replied with "code already redeemed". So, trying to activate the code, i went over to recent purchases. After the page loaded, i was unfortunate enough to find the purchase in the list. The code appears as redeemed, but i can't find it in the purchased column. What's wrong, is there anything i could do for him?
Try logging out of the Microsoft Store app on the computer, restart (power cycle) the PC, then log back into the Store on the MS account you would have had active when trying to redeem it, and check again.
I can tell you that trying to contact either MS, Xbox, or Mojang about these codes will be fruitless. As the codes are provided by one entity and redeemed by another, they cannot cross-confirm any of the information (regardless of the fact they are all subsidiaries of MS) and none of them will actually be able to help if you cant find the redemption on your store account.

I purchased a copy of minecraft and then attempted to redeem a code for the Windows 10 Beta version.
The code says it has already been redeemed and does not appear in the Microsoft account recent purchases when I check.
I have waited 24 hours and tried again and still can't access.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
