Make sure you are not trying to join a server that is too far away. If you live for example, in California USA, you trying to join a server in NY would result in high ping because those states are 3,000 miles aways.

before i join a sever it comes around 290 to 150 ms but when i join it comes to 500 to 800 and i crash i cant hit it is as painful as hell.

I'd Recommend playing on a server thats in your country, not a diffrent county. Yes, that does mean you are limited of joining servers
