I'd Suggest Making sure all drivers are updated, the application is allowed on the firewall, and your using the latest 64bit Java with atleast 2gb of ram. Also make sure its a real server. Put the ip here if you want one of us to test the server to see if it is a server. Try connecting to a server like Hypixel or Mineplex.

- The application is allowed through my firewall
- I am using the latest 64bit java w/ at least 2G of ram
- I had tried multiple servers, such as Mineplex, Hypixel, and Cubecraft. They all said "Servers are down for maintenance. However, my friend could easily log into them
I logged out of the launcher, however now I can no longer log in.
You sure it's not the firewall? That would be the only thing blocking it other than if your Minecraft account is cracked/invalid. Can you sign in at minecraftforum.net?
This is very odd. My firewall and antivirus is disabled, however I can not log onto minecraft.net or the launcher. I can log into mojang.com though. I can access my account on all other computers. No accounts work for me on both the site and the launcher.
It is something wrong with my computer. Please help xD
yeah thats the issue, trying to gain illegal access to stolen accounts has messed up your computer/minecraft.
all i will say on the matter is clean your hosts file out, i won't go into more detail and will let you google that as you brought this upon yourself trying to access stolen accounts using illegal software
This morning I opened the launcher to find that it said "Play Offline" I could not connect to any servers.
I have tried to resolve this by doing this:
- Reinstalling Java
- Reinstalling Minecraft
- Restarting my PC
- Restarting my router
- Relogging
After logging off, I could not log back in. It said "Cannot connect to server"
Please help ASAP, this is really ticking me off!

Curse PremiumMake sure your firewall or any antivirus program in your computer is allow the outbound connection of java?

Moderatoryes it does, minecraft is still a game written in java, the new launcher just comes with it packaged rather than you having to install it yourself

The new launcher is in development. Use the old launcher @ minecraft.net/en/download
- I updated my drivers and nothing changed.
- The old does not run since I have the new one...
UPDATE: I switched to the old launcher and the error persists.

Rn, all I have enabled is windows defender.
