I believe Win10 is not compatible with your drivers:

Basically, what this means, is, on Windows 10, some important parts of your computer can't work properly. Try going back to Windows 7, then Minecraft should work. Before that, though, try to update your processor and graphics card drivers

Before you upgraded, did you check to make sure the computer was Win 10 compatible?
Post a DXDiag report so we can check the hardware.
