Veinminer is responsible for the crash. I've never used it, and my ability to read crash reports has gotten pretty bad since I haven't crashed at all in a couple of years, but removing it should fix the problem. It may be missing another mod that is required, or perhaps is incompatible with something else on your list, but I'm not certain.

I actually ended up deleting Veinminer, looking into it, and I got a different version. I added it in and it made it seem like WAILA was the problem but I fixed everything. Thanks!
