I have Minecraft Forge installed i have had mods work but since a certain time they wont work: i install them and put them in the mods folder created by forge . i still have the forge profile but when i l log in it dosent say "... mods loaded ... mods active" here is a video
you are not using forge, just standart minecraft. install forge, it should create an own profile for you. if not, set the version of your forge profile to forge-1.20.1-xxxxxx.
