So, my minecraft used to be working perfectly at around 60+ fps and 50+ fps on bad days. Now, I'll get random fps lags on any server, big or small. I'll be at 60 one second, then at 2 the next. It really messes up my recordings and pvping. Please help, I really need it.
I didn't change anything but all of a sudden I got terrible fps drops. I think it has something to do with the Proxies or something cause I can play on some small servers but not on big ones like mineplex and hypixel. Also servers that use big plugins or stuff like that

The issue could not be on your end. Game updates and servers changing how they work and look, it could be caused by rendering players, new areas, ect... Since those servers have large lobbies of people together. Using recording software as-well will cause FPS lose since your running 2 high resource demanding programs.
Using FPS boosters may help in this case. Also take advantage of the servers toggle players options if they have. Also closing background running programs that are unneeded will help with with your FPS giving the the game more to use.

Try adding Optifine to your mods folder.

Former everything.
How to get dxdiag
I am using optifine
True, I just don't know how to fix it.
Even when I'm not recording the same thing happens.
It's gotten so bad, I can't even pvp on smaller servers
It's completely possible to make configuration changes to minecraft that totally mess up the performance.
These things can be video settings, JVM parameters, resource packs.
Start with a vanilla configuration (default minecraft settings, profile settings, resource pack), and then go from there.
Don't blindly listen to people who say that some option will "improve" performance. It may wreck yours.
