The problem is you added a mod to a third-party modpack. These packs are configured and balanced. Adding additional mods upsets the balance. Either go back to the original pack, or create your own pack with the mods you want.

So i installed NEI into the new minecolony modpack, and it crashed....
SERISOULY PEOPLE i hate JEI... its lame, doesn't work right half the time, doesn't have magnet mode, doesn't have options?
(like why would i use JEI? when for a thousand years, i've used NEI?)
So i install NEI, via curse downloads...
After Launching the main title screen, i created a world, and then it failed to launch into the world, crashing...
Also im on WINDOWS 10,x32 Bit (use x64 bit, or whatever bit, my computer can handle it)

I Hate JEI... but to use my NEI i have to use JEI?
because it requires it for some stupid reason... its really stupid
you do know that im running 1.10.2 not 1.7.10...
also i just got an addon for JEI that adds button...
