HI there - my daughter has been having problems with her minecraft account. She says one day she logged in and all her skins and her friends skins are missing. I know we have a Mojang account, not just Minecraft. We tried uninstalling the program, restarting her computer and downloading and installing the app again. She has the regular Windows version, not windows Beta. Any suggestions for me to help her?
Skins are downloaded on demand while the game is running.
If they aren't visible it generally means that MC can't get at them, and there should be error messages in the Game Output Log tab of the launcher that provides a hint as to why.
