Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM warning: Using incremental CMS is deprecated and will likely be removed in a future release
Make sure you have the correct/latest graphics driver installed for your system. Note that since your graphics chipset (Intel 82945) is so old, it doesn't support OpenGL 2.0! Some time in the future, Minecraft won't run on that system since it will require OpenGL 2.0+.
I don't believe there is a Windows 10 driver for that graphics chipset, and I don't think even the OS by itself will run well on that computer. If you want to keep using the same computer, seriously consider switching to a lightweight flavor of Linux. You'll be able to find a driver which works in the official repositories of your distro.
The issue isn't with using VBOs. It's that there is no OpenGL context found at all, so minecraft can't even launch into the main menu. VBOs aren't used in the main menu.
Everytime I try to play Minecraft, It ALWAYS crashes. http://paste.ubuntu.com/23398445/
Please post your Minecraft Crash report.
Also, it might be time to upgrade your computer. You have integrated graphics, very little RAM, and a 16 year old processor.

Turn VBOs off and try.

Visit my website here. I use MultiMC and play on CubeKrowd and FrostCraft.

You could try with NBTExplorer, since you can't change it in-game (because it crashes).
