For some reason my computer has always had the problem of not being able to connect to certain servers. Over time I noticed a pattern that whenever it is simply an IP (i.e. 123.123.123:56556) it has no problem whatsoever pinging/connecting to said server. However ANY server with and variant from that (i.e. Mineplex.com Hypixel.net) it simply times out every time.
