And before you ask, yes 1.8/1.9 is still being actively worked on. I’m a lot closer than I was last time I talked to you guys, but I’ve still got a long way to go. The code still doesn’t compile, but the number of classes without compile errors is now significantly larger than the number of classes that still have errors. Of course, I still haven’t even touched the JSON for the block renderers yet. So still plenty of work to do.
Go wonder.... I guess it's beta. might work, might not

Private Elivion Server running on Thermos 1.7.10-1614.58 with 182 mods. Always running the latest mods updates.
I got some help from the mod's author, the issue was I did not have the latest forge version, mine was just slightly outdated causing the issue. It works fine in the 1.10.2 - 12.18.2.2099 version if anyone is interested in using railcraft...

Railcraft is not compatible with 1.10.2 so that would explain the crash.

Hmm, I downloaded the specific version for 1.10.2, it is beta version B, there were 3 of them. C did not work either. Are you sure it's not supposed to work? https://minecraft.curseforge.com/projects/railcraft/files/2334605 <-- says compatible with 1.10.2
