On my Computer everything works fine. But on the computer that I am using right now does not work. I checked forge 1.7.10 and that worked.

Windows Version: 7

Windows 7 Update version: Oldest One

RAM: 8GB

Java:1.8.0_101

That is all I can give you.

if you find an answer PLEASE HELP!
