if this is not the case, try the following: open up your launcher. choose your profile, then click "edit profile". there should be an option called "launcher visibility, set it to "keep always open". save the profile, choose it and click "play". the launcher should stay open, and you can copy the content of the "development console" tab.
Hello,
When I try and open my Minecraft, it crash in under 1 second.
I click on the icon, it opens for 1 second, and then it closes itself.
I tried to reinstall it but it didn't work.
Can someone please help me out ?

I don't get any crash report.
It just opens and then closes instantly.
If there is a way to get the crash report on a different way, I would love to hear it from you.

I cant open my launcher.

how did you install minecraft? (assuming you're on windows) with the msi installer?
if yes, try the .exe and .jar versions, you can download them at minecraft.net
