Yes, as mentioned before, your computer may not be able to handle the game. You can try reinstalling your Minecraft and maybe even restart and updating (if possible) your computer, but if the problem keeps occurring over and over again, then it's probably a hardware issue.
The title of this thread explains everything. The freezing has gotten really frustrating because I freeze right in the middle of skywars.

It just recently started happening. I have a 12 GB desktop, but I'll try reinstalling the game.
