Hey guys , i noticed that my minecraft have big lag spikes when im playing some modpacks on AtLauncher.
(even some tiny modpacks)
My pc details: (64 bit)
- Intel Core i5 6500 3.2GHz
- Asus GTX 750TI OC Edition
- 8GB Ram
is it because my pc is not good enough?
please help me , thanks alot.
These specs are very decent, a nice PC. Modpacks of those on ATLauncher, and just any modpack in general is heavy on the CPU. It all really boils down to what modpacks you play. I upgraded from a $100 AMD Card to a $250 Pascal Nvidia card, no big difference. If you find it unplayable, I'd consider the i5-6600k CPU, although, this might not make a huge difference either. Make sure you have very little programs running in the background and taskbar. Other than that, I'd say play smaller modpacks.
