Have problems with graphics drivers though updated to Windows 10 some months ago and this is only a recent problem. Have also tried updating both Intel and Dell drivers but this hasn't fixed the problem.

you have an Nvidia card in the laptop too, make sure minecraft is running on that and not the low level intel card
