i play minecraft on a laptop with out the extra 10 keypad thing and i want to make color codes and and can copy in chat and on signs just find with ctrl v but when i try to paste § it shows nothing can some plz help
I don't get the "without the extra 10 keypad" part. I sometimes get the same thing. Though I was using "cut" the whole time, and not "copy".

You can't paste the color code § into the Minecraft chat anywhere. Command blocks, signs, the chat line, none of them support it.
If you want colored text, then use a site such as minecraftjson.com which will generate a command that will give you a colored sign or draw colored text to the chat.

You cannot write the § symbol anywhere in minecraft. But if you want to write colored text, use JSON with /tellraw
For example:
/tellraw @a {"text":"This text is red","color":"red"}
thanks for your help, the tell raw works on sigler player, and the mod works on server but i was trying to use a hacked client on a server aka 2b2t and i cant use a hack and a mod, and i cant use the tell raw command on multyplayer, but thanks(:

On my American English keyboard § (ANSI) is [ALT]21. I hold the [Alt] key and type 21, then release the [Alt] key.
It doesn't work in the macro/keybind Mod.
