I used to host servers back in ye olden days of hey0 but am thinking of getting back into it. I have seen many more modern servers that have greylisting setups where new players go through a tutorial room and have to do something to show they've read the necessary materials before they are automatically given normal building ranks.
Trouble is, when I search for things like "new player tutorials" or "tutorial plugin" I get basic stuff on how to be a new player. My search terms just aren't yielding info and since I don't know the names of the plugin/plugins that make this setup happen I don't know what to do. Hence I'm here hoping someone will take pity on me and point me in the right direction.

These tutorials are usually hand made using several different plugins but can usually be made without any. Try just make a basic room with rules listed out and some basic knowledge for the server such as basic warps and plugins they should know about
