The Forge API + The mods you are using cause lag to the system because mods in general decrease FPS, it's just how it works. If you are looking for a more specific answer, a lot of the mods you are using are HUD mods (which render HUD text on the screen), and they cause partial lag mainly because there are more texts and files to render to the screen during gameplay. If you are getting extreme lag from a nice computer, there's where the problems start. Please tell me your Processor (CPU), Graphics Card (GPU), and how much RAM you have installed in your system.
