So, whenever I try to run Minecraft with shaders, the game crashes instantly. Typically, it will render 1 frame, then Minecraft stops responding, and crashes. I tried multiple shaders (at least a dozen) that are supposed to be compatible with 1.8.9 (the version of Minecraft I run). The latest shader I've tried is Werrus Shaders Mod. On the download page, it is said to be developed with AMD Radeon HD 6320, so I figured they should be working with AMD video cards.
Actually I think most shaders should be AMD compatible, but that my problem lies elsewhere...
Few specs that may help troubleshoot?
Software:
Java version "1.8.0_101", 64 bit offline
Minecraft 1.8.9
OptiFine_1.8.9_HD_U_H6
Forge 11.15.1.1722 for 1.8.9
Liteloader 1.8.9 (with 0 mods loaded)
Minecraft JVM arguments: -Xmx4G -Xms2G
Windows 7 Home premium SP1 (Version 6.1 build 7601)
Hardware that is (or might be) relevant:
Intel i5 2500 @ 3.3GHz
AMD Radeon HD 6870 (catalyst 13.1)
8 GB RAM (G Skill ripjaw 2x4GB)
ASUS P8P67-LE motherboard
And finally, the error log ( or should I say the Game Output, as it doesn't seem to generate an error log)

So, what do you think might be the problem? And how can I enjoy Minecraft with shaders ? Thanks in advance for your help.
EDIT: I managed to make some shaders work. The solution was just to update my graphics card drivers to the latest version, to prevent the instant crash. But now, when shaders are on, I can never get more than 30FPS, and the card's temperature goes up to 85 C in a matter of seconds, and the fans are getting noisy.
