I have tried everything to fix this problem. Whenever I launch Minecraft it keeps on saying "Unable to start the Minecraft Runtime Enviroment. This is most likely caused by a corruption. Please try to reinstall Minecraft." I have tried reinstalling Java & Minecraft multiple times but it still doesn't work. I even tried different launchers and EVEN deleting my .minecraft folder. That didn't work either. This started yesterday and I have scanned posts top to bottom, trying to find solutions but Minecraft STILL doesn't work. Any DIFFERENT solutions?
just to point this out... wolfzack is having problems with his java installation - it's not the same error.
also, you can only reinstall MC by deleting .minecraft, removing the launcher is not reinstalling.
[assuming you run windows]
you might want to try an alternative launcher (if you use the .exe version, try the .jar, and the other way round). you can also try the minecraft installer.
also running the .exe as an administrator seems to fix it, but i wouldn't recommend this.
and you could try to use a different java version.

No solution...but did you get it working? We are having a similar problem!

Curse Premiumjust to point this out... wolfzack is having problems with his java installation - it's not the same error.
