Alright for some odd reason. This has been happening ever since I got this laptop minecraft would run slowly but other games are just fine.
Specs:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-5200U CPU @ 2.20GHz 2.20GHz (Note) For some odd reason my CPU is always at a %100 and it has 4 of the CPUs...
8.00 GB RAM
Two Graphic Cards, GeForce 940M and a Intel graphics card...
Despite the specs it would run slowly and my old computer worse than this could run it better. Any suggestions? I have Java 8 installed and everything.
Issues regarding gaming PC having trouble running Minecraft, mostly caused by outdated or improper installation of drivers. Your PC runs 3 GPU's. By default the system favors its one from Intel. You need to set the default GPU in the Nvidia Control Panel. Otherwise it uses the Nvidia GPU's as a render-only device.
My default use for minecraft graphics card wise is the GeForce 940m, could you guide/instruct me for the fix. I later discovered my CPU goes to %100 when watching a youtube video or when loading another website.

I don't know if it is using my Dedicated GPU
I am usually getting around 30 and dropping but rarely here and there I struggle to get 60.
I don't really want to use optifine.
Arguments.
-Xmx1G -XX:+UseConcMarkSweepGC -XX:+CMSIncrementalMode -XX:-UseAdaptiveSizePolicy -Xmn128M
I tried changing '-Xmx1G' to '-Xmx3G'
Oh, well it says that I am using CPU: 2x Intel(R)
