Minecraft with no sound and lwjgl logo

When my minecraft launcher updated last time, the icon becomes the lwjgl icon and has no sound when I open it.I checked the logs it said it was unable to download the resources file. Does anyone know how to fix this?Thanks

If you can't load it, try re downloading MC from scratch.
