I can use 64 bit java to run 1.9 to 1.10 and forge 1.7.10 (add 1 mod after ) but just have 1-3 fps.. I tried to use 32 bit java but play a few minutes been crash .
Okay, so I totally didn't just go Google this or anything, and the post I am about to make is definitely of professional quality, but...
To understand why this is happening, you need to understand what RAM is. RAM stands for Random Access Memory, and it's basically the space your computer has to work. Imagine a desk; the larger the desk is, the more you can fit on it at once, and the more you can do at once.
**Note: that was probably way oversimplifying it, but I'm just talking about basics here
Minecraft, like any other program, requires a certain amount of RAM to run. The more you have, the better it can run. As to the difference between 32 and 64-bit Java... (Correct me if I'm wrong) Windows has both a 32-bit version and a 64-bit version. The 64-bit version has considerably more RAM space, and therefore, lets Minecraft run better when you install 64-bit java. Usually, the Java version you install should be same as the OS version you have.
Now, the big idea:
Since 32-bit Java has less memory, and you're using intensive mods and/or graphics settings, your Minecraft is using about all the memory it has, or possibly more. If your metaphorical "desk" runs out of room, papers go spilling everywhere and it's a mess. In short, Minecraft will crash. This happens to me often as I run Minecraft on "The Craptop", and I can crash my Minecraft by just opening too many tabs in Chrome.
So, how can you fix this? Well, in case I have not said it enough, I am not a technological wizard. Heck, everything I've said so far might be wrong. But from what I've heard, the best way to fix this is to allocate more RAM to Minecraft, i.e. let Minecraft use more "desk space". I'm not entirely sure how to do this, but I'm sure other people on the internet do. Google it, it's bound to be out there somewhere in the interwebs.
Anyway, I hope this helped! (And I hope that at least half of this is correct and not me being stupid!)

Answer this question exactly one time, truthfully, and with "yes" or "no":
Is the next word you say going to be the word "no"?
Mind blown.
