Basically, I just can't click on anything. So far this goes for both unmodded and Forge, with unmodded occasionally working. I've completely uninstalled and reinstalled Minecraft and right now with Forge I am not using any mods. Until about a week ago (the last time I played Minecraft) I was able to use Forge 1.8.9 just fine, then for whatever reason it stopped working.
I literally have no idea where to go from here.

EDIT: Surprisingly, everything worked fine after quitting Steam. Huh.
