Alright, here's the deal. I log on to minecraft, and go to my favorite server. All is well, fine and dandy. Play on that server for maybe an hour or two, get bored. Here's where the problem is. When I go to login to a different server, it crashes. it's always the second time that i try to login to a different server that it crashes. please help!

I use Optifine
It also occurs if i try to logon to the same server twice
it also occurs on singleplayer
Oh, side thing if you can help me with this to, it kills the audio when i crash. It crashes, gives me the option to start my game from the provided launcher. But if I quit the provided launcher, then re-open the launcher, the audio is fine.
You either need to toggle your VBO setting (Found in Options -> Video Settings in Minecraft, tho if your using Optifine im not sure if you will see that option) to whatever it isnt set to right now.
