Hey guys sorry if my format of posting a thread is not correct because I haven't written too many posts before.
So i was having issues with Minecraft where it stuttered on every menu and even in-game but it did not use to happen because I got around 90-150 fps before. I thought maybe it's a conflict with java installations or something java related. I updated java to the latest version which somehow fixed it for a bit but again i had the same problem, so i uninstalled any version of java i had on my laptop. Then i tried to install java again and it said java error 1603. I searched the internet for a solution and found the java page where they tell you how to fix it : Java error 1603 . I tried their fix more than ten times (or even more because i lost count). I did what they told me to do with different version of java and everything that i found on other websites but still i was unable to fix this issue. I would do a clean installation of my laptop but i have large files that take a long time to download. One thing that occurred through all the "java fix" pages was that using the java control panel but when i tried to open that it didn't even run the .exe . I called oracle support but they said that they cannot help me with the "free" version of java and that i need to have the paid version of java to get support. I haven't been able to play Minecraft for a long time and when i try to use the windows 10 edition the game takes up a lot of memory and idk why (if you could tell me a cause to that then that would also help me)
By paid i meant the "licensed" version and i typed in oracle support number in google and called that. And i only download java from the actual site. And yes id did uninstall all previous java versions then rebooted.
Any help would be much appreciated no matter what it is
First, thank you for taking your time to read and reply my post.
Second, by "paid" version I meant the licenced version of java which costs around $1000 or over.
Third, Yes I did download java from their site (java.com).
Fourth. Yes, I uninstalled and rebooted and tried installing again but alas it did not work.
And Fifth, What exactly do you mean by Minecraft uses its own java? Because whenever I try to launch the exe it tells me that i require runtime 1.6.0 or over to play.

Moderatori'm confused by the 'free' and 'paid' java bit, java is a free download, are you sure you spoke to the right people?
according to the java link you posted they are aware of that issue and are working on a fix, this issue is java related, not minecraft related
First, there is no "paid" version of java, it might have been a scam support site.
Second, download java only from java.com, not "other sites", you can find older versions there too
Third, try uninstalling all previous versions, then rebooting, then try to install again
Fourth, Minecraft uses its own version of java, so you might not need to install java at all

Curse PremiumJava is free on all devices that supports its. Your talking about the commercial licenses.
Minecraft, installs its own version of Java.
Can be found here
This is the location of the updated java (By Default)
Updating Java and changing its version in minecraft. Requires you to edit the profiles.
Paths above are examples. Your Java maybe located in Program Files(x86). Otherwise in a custom installation folder.
Former everything.

[What they mean is that Oracle won't provide support to the public who basically don't buy the enterprise level support from Oracle]
