When playing PIxelmon it will load correctly and everything will run just fine but after about a minute it will do the following.

This will happen with Java 6-8. Pixelmon 4.2.7 and above along with Minecraft 1.7.10 and above. Haven't tried anything lower.
Assigned the recommended 2G of memory for Java as well.
Optifine did not resolve issue as well.
Apparently this might be an issue with hardware.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
