So I've been having this problem for a while and I finally got so fed up with it that I'm posting here. Like the title says, when using TF2 or Mekanism Teleporters (I haven't tried IC2 or Project Red Teleporters or simply using the tp command so I'm not sure about those) Sometimes when I use the teleporter, the game would freeze and after 1 or 2 seconds, the game crashes. I suspect it might be a Forge problem because it happens to both of these mods and chances of that are unlikely if it was a mod problem. I am running Forge 1.7.10 - 10.13.4.1614, and I have 82 mods installed (listed in the crash report) Here is the link to the crash report: http://pastebin.com/d4zGkEBY. I think I narrowed it down being that the chunks aren't being loaded properly because this usually happens when I teleport to multiple locations that are far away from each other, and judging by the crash report which seems to mention something about chunks though I'm not 100% certain.
