I know this is a bit off-topic, but no idea where else to ask as the forum page for this just links to their support that just provides a contact form that I've used twice with no response. I just want to know how long it takes on average to get a response.
I had my account stolen (emailed saying password was changed and then email was changed) I reclaimed the email and reset password, but still can't seem to log in. I've sent a contact support form request twice in the past few weeks and still haven't heard a thing. I've sent them details about my account, the email that attempted to steal it and even my transaction ID from the purchase so I'm sure it didn't look like some lying idiot. And it's not in my spam folder.
The site says they're responding to tickets filed on Sep 5th, but I filed one last week and one a week or two before that and haven't heard back from either...
Of course I'm not expecting help of any sort here. All I was asking (as I stated) is if anyone has filed a ticket recently and if they can say whether they really do respond to them when the 'When will I get a response' page indicates, or if it really can take a week or two.
