Just today, I have tried to log onto Minecraft servers, and when I do so, I get an error about authentication of minecraft servers being down. Anyways, I try to then go onto minecraft.net, and I get a pop up saying that, (when I attempt to log in,) "Oops! An error prevented your request from being proceeded. Please try again." So, I try about 5 times, and still the same message, and same issue. Then, I try to log on to my Optifine profile, as I was in Forge, and it takes about 5 minutes for it to even switch. Keep in mind, I don't have a laggy computer, and I run about 100 FPS, and none of my tabs lag (however, I don't know why, when I am making this thread, the letters have like a 10 sec delay). Anyways, I finally get into Minecraft, and still cannot play on the servers with the same exact error. After all of this, I decide to go back into forge and play Pixelmon on a singleplayer world, which takes 2-3 minutes to load. The weird thing is, I have full wifi bars, yet the world barely loads. I go into F5 mode, and I realize I don't even have my skin; I have a floating, all messed up steve skin! So, I close out of Minecraft, and I try the website again, where I unfortunately get the same error. After a few minutes of rage, I try the Minecraft launcher again, and now it is asking for my username and password, so I enter it, and it doesn't even work. Someone, please, HELP ME! I have tried just about everything!
One thing I forgot to say is that I am unsure if it is because Minecraft / Minecraft.net is blocked somewhere, and if so, please help me find it! On the Minecraft Launcher it says "Sorry, but we couldn't connect to our servers. Please make sure that you are online and that Minecraft is not blocked." Then, under it, they have the statement "(SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out)"
