Im not to sure what im have to put the settings at? and i have it running at 1.7.10, because i would like to have Copious dogs mod. i also have these mods in the game: ShadersMod-1-7-10,OptiFine_1.7.10_HD_C1,Decocraft-v1.11_1.7.10,BiomesOPlenty-1.7.10-2.1.0.1067-universal,BiblioCraft[v1.11.2][MC1.7.10],backpack-3.0.1-1.10.2. Please someone help me i would love to play the game without lag, or missing parts( from optifine i notes).
What kind of FPS are you getting? If you're getting around 30-40 and occasional lag spikes with shaders then that's pretty normal. You might try turning your render distance down if you have it over 10 to see if that helps and maybe turn down some of your shader settings to try and find a balance you can live with.
And what do you mean about 'missing parts'....chunks not loading and being able to see under the ground or light not rendering right and leaving black areas under overhangs? Those have been happening since before 1.7 so you're probably not going to be able to solve those.
I think you should be getting above 100 fps. I only run a i3 6100 8 GB DDR4 2133 ram with a GTX 960 2 GB and I get around 90 FPS with SEUS Ultra motion blur. http://imgur.com/a/g1qgV. Also, are you running at 1920 x 1080P or higher?

I don't know how well it's going to run as long as you're using shaders. All times I've used them in the past they've burnt out my GPU's will to live.

I tried it with terrible results. I gave my wife my glasses for a second, a creeper showed up and now my wife is pregnant.
Stupid 3D..
