Minecraft Randomly Stops Responding; About 100 Mods.

I run 64 bit, I have the latest Java, and my GPU is AMD A10-7800. My graphics drivers are completely up to date.

There is no error log because Minecraft stops responding, and doesn't actually crash.

As you say you got 100 mods.Its normal to lag right?Do u got OptiFIne?

The maximum speed of your cpu is 3.9 x 2 = 7.8GHz I think

Well,my laptop is 2.2 x 4 =8.8GHz

And when I play Sky Factory I lag too.

I use optifine, and I usually get 50-60 frames on average.
