(I apologize in advance if I'm not in the right forum section, I'm new here).
For the past few days I've been browsing the web searching for other people that have had the same problem as me.. Simply I try to login to my account in the minecraft launcher but every time I do it displays (See Attachment)
I've looked through other people's threads and problems and all the answers I've seen have said to uninstall Java and reinstall, make sure Java is allowed through the windows firewall, and I have also added the Minecraft Launcher into my allowed Apps in the firewall. Yet, every time I try to login in it still says the same thing that it can't connect and all the other rubbish. I've also deleted and uninstalled Minecraft completely from my computer (saving all world saves and mods through) and reinstalled from minecraft.net yet it still says the exact same thing... I can browse the web, obviously since I'm posting this, but still my launcher won't connect. I can sign into my account on Minecraft.net and Mojang, though... I'm running out of ideas.

and have you been silly and used something like mcleaks?
Yeah I used McLeaks just to try it out for some ALT accounts... What does this mean?
UPDATE: I turned on my VPN and it seemed to have let me login... Did McLeaks modify a file and make me unable to sign in on my original IP Address?

Moderatorit means you used pirated software to gain access to stolen accounts
check your hosts file for anything minecraft related and remove them after removing mcleaks
