Trying to upload new modpack, error message upon download

I put the link the the dropbox file on the technic launcher, but I keep getting the following message when I try to download it. Can anyone help?

Error unzipping a file for: The Richard Modpack

Attempting to extract the-richard-modpack-1.0.zip, but it did not exist

Please consult the modpack author.
